Every business can:

  1. Request a free copy of its own report.
  2. Dispute any field it believes is wrong.
  3. Get a re-investigation within 30 days.
  4. Have corrected data propagated to recipients of the report.

Scores are modeled estimates; a dispute changes the underlying facts, and the score is re-run automatically.
